A prosódia no discurso espontâneo

Abstract

Neste trabalho aborda-se a relação entre a prosódia e o discurso oral, ou seja, que elementos prosódicos os falantes usam para marcar a estrutura do discurso. Para isso utilizámos a técnica do “Map Task” para a obtenção do corpus para este estudo. Entre as principais linhas de orientação na análise do discurso e da prosódia, constam a gravação; a anotação, utilizando os programas SFS e AGTK Table Trans e incluindo vários níveis de anotação, nomeadamente “turns”, transcrição ortográfica, anotação da estrutura do diálogo e anotação prosódica. Na análise foram considerados desde aspectos prosódicos dos actos de fala indirectos; a prosódia como focalização do discurso; a estrutura do discurso, o efeito temporal da repetição de enunciados da mesma frase, a relação entre a prosódia “canónica” e a utilizada no e ao longo do discurso e as questões/informações usando enunciados sucintos.

ABSTRACT: In this study we investigate the relation between prosody and the oral speech, in other words, what prosodic elements the speakers use to mark the structure of the speech. For this we used the technique of the "Map Task" for the attainment of the corpus for this study. It enters the main orientation lines in the analysis of the speech and prosody; they consist in recording; annotation, using SFS and AGTK Table Trans programs and some levels of annotation, as "turns", orthographic transcription, annotation of the structure of the dialogue and prosodic annotation. In the analysis there has been considered prosodic aspects of the indirect speech acts; the prosody as focus of the speech; the structure of speech, the time effect of repetition of the same sentence, the relation between "the canonical" prosody in and during the speech and the question/information using brief statements.
