Avaliação e otimização da produtividade com base no conceito de Lean

Abstract

No presente trabalho propõe-se fazer uma análise à produtividade da empresa Ciclo Fapril, S.A., com vista à aplicação do pensamento Lean Thinking e das ferramentas associadas. É realizada uma análise inicial, baseada no indicador OEE dos equipamentos das duas áreas mais abrangentes da Ciclo Fapril, a Soldadura e a Fábrica de Tubo. Tendo em vista a determinação de ações que possam ter um efeito positivo sobre este indicador, utiliza-se a metodologia SMED, com a intenção de criar tempo de abertura para o planeamento da produção, e aumentar a produtividade em geral. A partir dai, determinaram-se algumas oportunidades de melhoria, com o intuito de agilizar a mudança de ferramentas. Até ao final do projeto, não foi possível implementar as medidas de melhoria propostas. No entanto, os valores apresentados demonstram a possibilidade de obter melhorias consideráveis, e ficam por isso algumas diretrizes que poderão ser seguidas no futuro.

The present work aims to analyze the productivity of the company Ciclo Fapril, S.A., having in sight the application of the thinking costumes of Lean Thinking and its tools. An initial analysis is made, based in the OEE indicator of the two most prolific areas of the company, the welding section and the tube factory. To determine actions that could have a positive effect on this indicator, the SMED methodology is used with the intention of creating time for the planning of production and increasing productivity in general. From there, some chances of improvement were presented to speed up the tool change period. In the end it was not possible to effectively implement the proposed improvement measures. However, the presented values demonstrate the possibility of considerable improvements, and therefore some guidelines remain, which can be followed in the future.
