Abstract: | Neste trabalho foi avaliada a fotoresposta do rubreno sob a forma cristalina
The photoresponse of rubrene in crystalline form was studied in three different samples: single crystal, interface with PC60BM and interface with two superimposed crystals. The three samples were subjected to spectroscopy analysis, where the ocurrence of the singlet ssion phenomenon was observed, con rming that triplet excitons play a fundamental role in the photoconductivity of rubrene. The three di erent samples were also subjected to photoconductivity studies through their photodetectors, having obtained an average value of responsivity of 0:05 A=W in the rubrene/rubrene interfaces, higher than the values observed in the isolated rubrene, and lower than the ones observed in the rubrene/PC60BM interfaces. These results suggest an increase in the photoelectric conversion process e ciency of the isolated rubrene when added another rubrene layer. This can indicate an increase on the excition dissociation mechanism e ciency, that it's not related with the existence of a localized electric eld, which is the case for the donor/acceptor interfaces, but with other possible unknown conditions or mechanisms. |
