Os sistemas de incentivo e as estratégias das PME

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio pretende mostrar a importância dos sistemas de incentivo na concretização das estratégias das PME. Começa-se por uma síntese sobre as teorias económicas relacionadas com a intervenção do estado na economia e a sua evolução ao longo da história. Posteriormente caracterizam-se os fundos comunitários e apresenta-se o percurso que tomam os fundos comunitários, até se materializarem nos sistemas de incentivo, sobressaindo portanto a função do Quadro de Referência Estratégico Nacional como o orientador destes fundos. A evolução dos concursos aos sistemas de incentivo reflecte de alguma forma a estratégia que o governo pretende para as PME. Deste modo, algumas PME coincidiram as suas estratégias com as definidas pelos sistemas de incentivo.

This report intends to demonstrate the importance of incentive systems in the implementation of strategies in SME. It starts with an overview of economic theories related with state interventions in the economy, and its evolution throughout history. After, community funds are characterized and presented the flux they take, to materialize in incentive systems, gaining therefore the function of National Strategic Reference Framework as advisor of these funds. The evolution of contests to incentive systems reflects somehow the strategy that the Government intends for SME. Thus, some SME coincided their strategies with those defined by incentive systems.
