Abstract: | This paper discusses nonlinear microwave measurement methodologies for behavioral model extraction in the frequency domain, i.e., when the excitation is a set of multisine functions. Due to the theoretical necessity of guaranteeing the test of all relevant system's properties for accurate model extraction, we address the problem of stimulus richness by creating a set of multisines in which their phases are randomly selected. © 2006 IEEE. |
