línguas recorrentes do dia-a-dia do povo angolano.
The mother tongue is a symbol of "mother" of any country, or a key transmitting signals within the domestic territory and abroad. As is commonly referred, "language speaks for itself." The field of linguistic research is so vast and complex that it involves a whole range of cultural, historical, geographical and political issues. Hence, any study in this rich field will need to identify all of these aspects. The Angolan reality shows that a language is used only in a defined status and serves primarily as a means of communication in certain specific contexts. In addition to the unofficial status of the languages, there is an enormous linguistic diversity, used in various multifunctional areas such as social, economic and cultural. The aim of the present study is the analysis of the sociolinguistic and historical factors relevant to understanding the genesis and development of the Angolan Vernacular Portuguese (PVA) and other languages used daily by Angolan people. The words of any language are an ordered set with similarities in shape, meaning and function and thus can be classified according to the following criteria: formal or morphological, semantic and functional. The formal criteria are based on the feature of the structure of the word; the semantic in their mode of signification and functional based on the function or role that it plays. Given these analysis criteria, this study presents morphological and syntactic analysis of the noun phrase and the examination of linguistic phenomena. This theme is central to the development and recognition of local cultures and recognition of Luanda "vernacular Portuguese" with characteristics inherent to the languages spoken in various regions of this country, giving it some specific aspects and singular in nature. In the context of language, language learning is crucial so that this communication tool will provide the inherent advantages of people unification, since a single language allows easier communication among peoples, contrary to what happens in Angola at present where the use of several languages prevail in practice. The effectiveness and efficiency of learning in a early schooling of Angolan children, will reveal the future success of using a linguistic process that could facilitate the union of a huge country with a territorial dimension and with a history of similarities and differences between peoples and marked by unique social settings of great diversity. However, a strong and unified identity will enable the sharing of a common political, social and economic development. Throughout this study we sought to analyze the Angolan population in/within its sociolinguistic context and to highlight some of the intrinsic characteristics of the Luanda Portuguese, thus seeking to contribute to an analysis of the evolution of written and spoken Angolan Portuguese. In addition, the analysis has focused the importance of continuity of the Portuguese language as oficial language living together with the mother tongues of Angola. This may be a solution to some of the social and economic problems of the country, which we discuss in greater detail throughout the study, searching for Angola to achieve a sustainable, healthy and unified development. |
