| Abstract: | Este trabalho pretende clarificar o fenómeno da dispersão territorial,
identificando algumas das suas configurações, e, através do direito
comparado, encontrar orientações para a regulação do povoamento disperso
por um município português. This work intends to apprehend the phenomenon of the dispersed city, identifying some of its configurations, and, through comparative jurisprudence, find solutions for the regulation of the dispersed settlements on a Portuguese municipality. |
