isolado contextual procurou analisar a aprendizagem num contexto próprio do
movimento de aprendizagem, definindo as acções e as operações de organização
colectiva.
Based on historical-cultural theory, this thesis aims to study about educational practice and teacher learning, emphasizing the psychological theory of activity, developed by Leontiev. We intend to present the research that developed under a project of initial and further training of early childhood teachers, in São João da Madeira and Aveiro. We aim to investigate the learning teacher in a project of training and research that focuses on guiding teaching activity as a methodology of training. For a dynamic of teacher training configured as a collaborative research, we considered the teacher training meetings as a reflection contexts about theory of activity and guiding teaching activity, that developed a learning teacher movement. Due to the complexity of this subject, to study the learning teacher trying to understand the subjects in their own movement of learning, we use the concept of isolated (Caraça, 1998) as a tool that allows us to understand the phenomenon that is being studied by choosing a specific part of the phenomenon in order to study it further. Thus, we’ll try to identify the isolated that seemed to gather the largest number of determinant factors, that is, those which interdependent action affect significantly the phenomenon in study. The contextual isolated tries to analyse learning on its own development context because consider that the particularities of each context affect the learning movement, defining the actions and the operations of collective organization. In close interdependence with the contextual isolated, we consider the conceptual isolated that is defined by the training activity in Mathematics Education, which includes the actions of teaching organizing and guiding teaching activity. The reflexive and critical activity on teaching practice about teaching development, in a movement of conceptual appropriated, is the reflexive isolated. We’ll analyse in the isolated the indicators of the learning movement, on the assumption that the isolated portrays the dialectical movement between the training activity and the guiding teaching activity. The analysis of data research, presented indicators of change in the learning quality of the early childhood teachers, triggered and sustained by the dynamics of preparation, development and reflection of education activities, developed collectively. The theoretical contributions of the historical-cultural perspective underlying this work in development have allowed rethinking the training of childhood teachers, especially in regard to the processes of learning teacher. |
