dc.description.abstractWithin the European Union (EU) language policy, it is important to develop resources and courses that allow for plurilingual and intercultural competence development. Following this policy, the LLOM project aims (i) to develop open education resources (OER) and courses for initial and continuous teacher education programmes; (ii) a mobile app for this purpose; (iii) establish an innovative elearning and e-teaching experience; and (iv) propose recommendations increased technology enhanced teaching and learning contexts, at different educational levels. The project evolves from a systematic critical literature and already existing materials review so as to construct innovative materials and strategies for language learning/acquisition in a plural mode.pt_PT
