Estágio em projetos de engenharia civil

Abstract

O presente trabalho é baseado num estágio curricular feito sobre projetos de Engenharia Civil na empresa Fénix, Projetos de Engenharia Civil, Lda. nas vertentes da Estabilidade, Térmica, Acústica, Redes Prediais de Abastecimento e Drenagem, Redes de Gás e Segurança Contra Incêndio. Inicialmente são apresentados os projetos de forma geral que foram realizados e depois é apresentado um caso prático de estudo que incluiu também o acompanhamento ativo da obra relacionada com o Edifício ARCHEE, em Santo Tirso. Este edifício, construído e abandonado há 39 anos, foi alvo de estudo para reabilitação e ampliação com recurso a inspeções técnicas à estrutura existente tanto do betão armado como do solo onde foram implantadas as fundações do mesmo e ensaios de prova DPM e de compressão axial de carotes retirados dos elementos existentes do mesmo. Realizaram-se os projetos das especialidades mediante os resultados e instruções dadas pelo relatório técnico resultante do descrito acima. Durante o estágio cada trabalho que foi feito foi entregue para licenciamento e também o conteúdo incide um pouco nessa vertente, demonstrando as várias formas de o obter, quer por licenciamento normal ou comunicação prévia, elaboração de processos para pedido de autorização de utilização, algumas legalizações e consulta de entidades externas para certificar algumas especialidades obrigatórias como descrito no relatório

The present work is based on a curricular internship done on Civil Engineering projects at the company Fénix, Civil Engineering Projects, in the aspects of Stability, Thermal, Acoustics, Predental Networks of Supply and Drainage, Gas Networks and Fire Safety. Initially, the projects are presented in a general way and then a practical case study is presented, which also includes the active monitoring of the work related to the ARCHEE Building in Santo Tirso. This building, built and abandoned 39 years ago, was the subject of a study for rehabilitation and expansion with the use of technical inspections of the existing structure of both the reinforced concrete and the ground where the foundations of the concrete were implanted and DPM and axial compression tests of removed from existing elements of the same. The projects of the specialties were carried out by means of the results and instructions given by the technical report resulting from the above described. During the internship, each work that was done was submitted for licensing and also the content focuses a little on this aspect, demonstrating the diferent ways of obtaining it, either by licensing or prior communication, elaboration of processes for requesting permission to use, some legalization and consultation of external companies to certify some mandatory specialties as described in the report
