Relatório de estágio no Sport Clube Beira-Mar

Abstract

O presente relatório, visa apresentar e analisar criticamente as diversas atividades que realizei durante o estágio curricular no Sport Clube Beira-Mar (SCBM), no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Dissertação/Estágio/Projeto, para conclusão do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais da Universidade de Aveiro. No decorrer deste estágio, tive oportunidade de contactar com uma realidade muito diferente da que trazia da formação em Administração Pública, não obstante uma associação sem fins lucrativos como o Sport Clube Beira-Mar utilizar algumas técnicas e formas de gestão usadas no setor público. Desde o contacto com diferentes organizações (públicas e privadas), passando pela tentativa de reformular alguns setores de atividade do clube, assim como o contacto diário com diferentes sensibilidades de pessoas afetas ao clube, este estágio teve uma enorme importância para aplicação e consolidação de conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo da frequência do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais.

The present internship report aims to present and critically analyse the various activities that I carried out during my internship at Sport Clube Beira-Mar, within the scope of the Curricular Unit Dissertation/Internship/Project, for the completion of the master’s degree in Languages and Business Relations of the University of Aveiro. During the internship, I had the opportunity to get in contact with a very different reality from the one I was used to in Public Administration, notwithstanding a non-profit association such as Sport Clube Beira-Mar using some techniques and management methods used in public sector. The contact with different organizations (public and private), through the attempt to reformulate some sectors of the club’s activity, as well as the daily contact with different sensibilities of people affected by the club, was of great importance for application and consolidation of knowledge acquired during the master’s degree in Languages and Business Relations.
