Business development para mercados internacionais específicos: estágio curricular na Sword Health

Abstract

O presente Relatório de Estágio tem como objetivo facultar uma perspetiva alargada das atividades realizadas na SWORD Health ao longo do meu tirocínio, bem como uma visão aprofundada dos mercados em que tive a oportunidade de trabalhar. Procede-se igualmente a uma análise da literatura disponível sobre INV e BG, a fim de categorizar a SWORD Health. Este relatório inclui ainda uma descrição detalhada do projeto Team Building, realizado no âmbito do estágio em apreço. Este projeto teve como objetivo a criação de atividades lúdicas que envolvam todos os colaboradores da empresa, com vista à intensificação das relações pessoais e profissionais ente os seus colaboradores.

The purpose of this Report is to offer an analysis of the activities done throughout my internship in the company SWORD Health, as well as a deep insight into the markets in which I have had the opportunity to work with. In this document it is possible to find an analysis of the available literature on INV and BG, as well as my analysis of SWORD Health as an INV or BG. This Report also includes a project that I developed during my internship. This project is interconnected with Team Building and aims to create playful activities that all employees in the company can enjoy, so that everyone can interact with each other and develop interpersonal relationships.
