Bicategorias Internas em Categorias Aditivas com Núcleos

Abstract

O presente trabalho descreve a noção de bicategoria interna numa categoria aditiva com núcleos. Está dividido em três partes essenciais: A primeira parte estabelece o resultado já conhecido de que a categoria Cat(A) das categorias internas numa categoria aditiva com núcleos, A, é equivalente à categoria Mor(A) dos morfismos de A; A segunda parte começa com uma definição pormenorizada de bicategoria interna numa categoria ambiente qualquer, para de seguida descrever o que se obtém quando essa definição se aplica numa categoria aditiva com núcleos; A terceira parte consiste na descrição de bicategorias internas na categoria Ab dos grupos abelianos, que é um caso particular de categoria aditiva com núcleos. O resultado obtido é que uma bicategoria interna numa categoria aditiva com núcleos, A, pode ser descrita por um diagrama em A da forma tal que 0 0 1 ? ? ? .

In this work we describe the notion of an internal bicategory in an additive category with kernels. It is divided in three essential parts: The first part establish the well know result that the category Cat(A) of the internal categories in an additive category with kernels, A, is equivalent to the category Mor(A) of morphisms of A; The second part begins with a detailed definition of internal bicategory in any ambient category, and next it is described what does that definition means when the ambient category is additive and has kernels; Finally, the third part consists of describing the notion of internal bicategory in the category Ab which is a particular case of an additive category with kernels. The result obtained is that an internal bicategory in an additive category with kernels, A, may be described by a diagram in A of the form such that 0 0 1 ? ? ? .
