A postura na aula de guitarra : acessórios ergonómicos e estratégias de ensino

Abstract

A postura corporal e o posicionamento do instrumento musical são referidos frequentemente na literatura como um aspecto fundamental da técnica instrumental. Contudo, poucos estudos apresentam modelos de ensino postural adequados à realidade do ensino musical a nível de conservatório e poucas pesquisas avaliaram as práticas e abordagem de ensino dos professores de guitarra. O presente trabalho pretende investigar e discutir as práticas de ensino da postura dos professores de guitarra no ensino artístico especializado em Portugal a partir da aplicação de um inquérito e da revisão da literatura sobre esta temática, visando contribuir para a reflexão teóricoprática sobre as estratégias de ensino dos professores de guitarra.

The posture of instrumentalists and the positioning of the musical instrument are often referred to in the literature as a fundamental aspect of instrumental technique. However, few studies present models of postural teaching adequated to the reality of musical education at the conservatory level, and few studies have evaluated the teaching practices and approach of guitar teachers. The present work intends to investigate and discuss the postural teaching practices of guitar teachers' in the specialized artistic education in Portugal, based on the application of a survey and on the literature review on this theme, aiming to contribute to theoretical and practical reflection on the teaching strategies of guitar teachers.
