Estágio na FOeng - Gabinete de Engenharia, Lda

Abstract

Neste relatório é apresentado o estágio curricular realizado ao longo de 9 meses para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade de Aveiro. O estágio curricular foi realizado na empresa FOeng-Gabinete de Engenharia Lda., situada em Esgueira (Aveiro) e teve como principal tema a realização de projetos de Engenharia Civil. De modo a obter competências para realização de futuros trabalhos, houve a necessidade de serem adquiridos conhecimentos, tais como o funcionamento de ferramentas informáticas, o procedimento de trabalho da empresa e compreensão de alguma legislação em vigor. Estes conhecimentos permitiram a realização de trabalhos propostos diariamente pelos Engenheiros da FOeng tendo colaborado em projetos estruturais, projetos de condicionamento acústico e trabalhos associados a medições e orçamentações. Durante o estágio curricular foi ainda realizado um estudo de soluções para um edifício de serviços. Este estudo contempla a comparação de duas soluções estruturais (estrutura metálica e estrutura de betão armado), dimensionamento e implementação de redes prediais (abastecimento de água, drenagem de águas residuais e drenagem de águas pluviais) e apresentação de soluções construtivas de modo a cumprir todos os parâmetros regulamentares relativos ao condicionamento acústico. Para além de todos os conhecimentos obtidos associados à realização de projetos de Engenharia Civil, esta experiência possibilitou a perceção do funcionamento de uma empresa ligada ao setor, assim como a preparação para uma futura inserção no mercado de trabalho.

In this report it’s presented the traineeship accomplished over 9 months to obtain a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Aveiro. The traineeship had been fulfilled in the enterprise FOeng-Gabinete de Engenharia Lda., located in Esgueira (Aveiro) and the main theme was the concretization of civil engineering projects. In order to obtain skills for future work, it was necessary the acquirement of knowledge, such as the operation of computer tools, the company's work procedure and understanding of some legislation. This knowledge allowed the realization of daily work proposed by FOeng’s engineers, having collaborated in structural projects, acoustic conditioning projects and work associated with measurement and budgeting. During the traineeship it was also analyzed solutions for a service building. This study involve the comparison of two structural solutions (steel structure and concrete structure), design and implementation of building networks (water supply, waste water drainage and rainwater drainage) and the presentation of constructive solutions to satisfy all law’s parameters for the acoustic conditioning. Apart from all the obtained knowledge associated with conducting civil engineering projects, this experience allowed the perception of the functioning of an enterprise connected to the sector, as well the preparation for future integration into the labor market.
