Documentos pedagógicos no ensino especializado da música

Abstract

Neste projeto descrevo o processo de criação/renovação e implementação de documentos pedagógicos no Conservatório de Música de Felgueiras, sendo posteriormente avaliada a sua eficácia. A criação e renovação desses documentos, surgiu da vontade de envolver mais a comunidade escolar (alunos, encarregados de educação e professores) no processo ensino/aprendizagem e da necessidade de suprir lacunas na documentação, decorrentes das alterações à legislação dos últimos anos.

A intervenção realizou-se em vários documentos do Dossier do Professor (ou Disciplina), que foram reformulados; na criação de um Portefólio do aluno e na organização do Dossier Técnico-Pedagógico, procurando maior eficiência da documentação, uniformização e identidade institucional.

A implementação dos documentos decorreu no ano letivo 2011-2012 e, no final do ano letivo 2012-2013 procedeu-se à análise distinguindo o que foi considerado positivo, e do que poderá ser melhorado, com recurso a observação direta, entrevistas e questionários efetuados a alunos, encarregados de educação e professores.

In this project I describe the process of creation/renewal and implementation of pedagogical documents in Felgueiras Conservatory of Music, and subsequently evaluating its effectiveness. The creation and renewal of these documents, arose from the desire to involve more school community (students, parents and teachers) in teaching/learning process and the need to fill gaps in the documentation, resulting from amendments to the legislation in recent years.

The intervention took place in several documents in the Teacher’s (or Discipline) Dossier, which were reformulated; in the creation of a Student Portfolio and in the organization of a Technical-Pedagogical Dossier, maximizing efficiency of documentation, standardization and institutional identity.

The implementation of the documents was held in the school year of 2011-2012, and at the end of the school year of 2012-2013, I proceeded to the analysis, distinguishing what considered positive and what could be improved, by using direct observation, interviews and questionnaires applied to students, student’s parents and teachers.
