Melhoria da rastreabilidade dos componentes da caixa de velocidades

Abstract

A rastreabilidade é uma ferramenta muito importante para a garantia da qualidade e segurança dos produtos, principalmente na indústria automóvel. O presente trabalho propõe-se mostrar de que modo o fluxo produtivo dos componentes, neste caso, componentes de caixas de velocidades, influencia o sistema de rastreabilidade e a qualidade da informação da rastreabilidade. Foram propostas melhorias quanto aos pontos críticos do fluxo produtivo dos componentes e também quanto à recolha e arquivamento da informação da rastreabilidade. Numa primeira fase foram propostas melhorias quanto à melhoria dos pontos críticos, identificados no terreno, e numa segunda fase foram sugeridas melhorias para o processo de recolha e o arquivamento da informação da rastreabilidade. As propostas de melhoria para a rastreabilidade passaram por criar condições para o respeito da regra do FIFO. Enquanto as melhorias da recolha da informação da rastreabilidade implicaram a mudança da ficha “Rastreabilidade- Identificação”, utilizada atualmente no terreno, e, também, a implementação de uma base dados que permitisse guardar a informação em formato digital. Os pontos de recolha da informação foram escolhidos estrategicamente, de forma a se atingir o objetivo principal do estudo, que é, conseguir identificar a origem e o percurso dos componentes montados numa determinada caixa de velocidades e vice-versa. Uma vez formuladas as propostas, foi iniciada a implementação das mesmas. A melhoria dos pontos críticos para a rastreabilidade resultou numa gestão mais fácil e mais eficiente das peças, diminuindo a probabilidade de troca de peças e aumentando a eficácia do trabalho dos colaboradores. Enquanto o ensaio industrial da Folha de Rastreabilidade originou resultados positivos quanto à informação recolhida e à utilidade da mesma na procura do histórico das peças, permitindo identificar, de forma aproximada, mas eficaz, as caixas de velocidades com peças provenientes do mesmo lote. As propostas relativamente à realização da recolha e do arquivamento da informação de forma automática serão implementadas de seguida às anteriores, trazendo deste modo eficiência, tanto ao longo do processo, como também, posteriormente, na análise e consulta de dados.

Traceability is a very important tool for the guarantee of the products’ quality and security, especially in the automotive industry. The present work proposes to show how the productive flow of the components, in this case, components of the gear box, have influence in the traceability system and in the quality of the information for traceability. Were proposed improvements regarding the critical points, identified in the components’ productive flow, and also regarding the collection and filing of the information for traceability. In a first place were introduced improvements regarding the critical points, identified into the work flow, and in a second place were suggested to improve the process of collecting and filing the information for traceability. The improvement proposals for the traceability went through creation of conditions for the FIFO’s rule. While the improvement proposals about the collection and filing of the information for traceability implied the change of the sheet “Rastreabilidade-Identificação”, actually used in the factory, and, also, the introduction of a data base that will allow saving the data, digitally. The points for the collection of the information was strategically chosen, in a way to reach the essential goal, that is, to be able to identify the origin and the trajectory of the components assembled in a specific gear box and vice versa. Once the proposals were formulated, was started the implementation of the same. The improvement of the critical points for traceability resulted in an easier and a more efficient management of the components, decreasing the probability of the changes between them and increasing the efficacy of the operations. However the industrial test of the traceability sheet originated positive results as for the collected information and as well, for the utility of the same at the search of the components’ historical. The information for the traceability sheet allows the identification, approximately, of the gear boxes that possess components originated from the same lot. The proposals regarding the automatic collection and filing of the information for traceability will be introduced after the implementation of the other proposals, bringing, in this way, efficiency during the process and also, during the data analysis and consultation.
