A aquisição da derivação afixal por aprendentes chineses de português língua estrangeira

Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe-se estudar a aquisição da derivação afixal por aprendentes chineses de Português Língua Estrangeira. Considerando a existência de uma estratégia que permite aos alunos chineses a aquisição de vocabulário por derivação em Inglês, pretende-se, no âmbito da linguística aplicada, discutir a possibilidade e as vantagens da aplicação de uma estratégia equivalente na aprendizagem do Português enquanto Língua Estrangeira. Partindo da identificação e análise dos erros mais comuns cometidos pelos alunos na formação de palavras por afixação, através deste trabalho de investigação, identificar-se-ão as principais dificuldades reveladas nesse campo, apontar-se-ão razões que as possam explicar e, por fim, sugerir-se-ão estratégias que possam conduzir à resolução dos problemas encontrados.

This paper proposes to study the acquisition of affixation by Chinese learners of Portuguese as a Foreign Language. Considering the existence of a strategy that allows Chinese students to acquire English-derived vocabulary, it is intended, in the context of applied linguistics, to discuss the possibility and advantages of applying an equivalent strategy in learning Portuguese as a Foreign Language. Starting from the identification and analysis of the most common mistakes made by the students in the formation of words with affixes, through this research work, the main difficulties revealed in this field will be identified, and some reasons that can explain them will be pointed out and, finally, strategies that may lead to the resolution of the problems encountered will be suggested.
