Desenvolvimento de projetos na área da visão artificial para o setor industrial

Abstract

O presente relatório descreve as atividades desenvolvidas no Estágio Curricular, integrado no Mestrado em Engenharia de Automação Industrial, na empresa VisionMaker Unipessoal, Lda, sediada em Aveiro. A VisionMaker é uma empresa de desenvolvimento de soluções de visão artificial para a indústria, personalizadas às necessidades dos clientes. O estágio teve a duração de um ano letivo, metade deste período em paralelo com atividades letivas e o restante a tempo inteiro na empresa. Visava o desenvolvimento de projetos na área da visão artificial para o setor industrial, dando a oportunidade ao aluno de passar por diversas indústrias e conhecer múltiplas aplicações da visão artificial. O aluno acompanhou visitas a clientes, participou na elaboração de estudos técnicos, contactou com fornecedores e integrou projetos de visão artificial. Esta experiência permitiu um contacto direto com a realidade industrial portuguesa.

This report describes the activities developed during the Curricular Training, integrated in the Master of Industrial Automation Engineering, at the company VisionMaker Unipessoal, Lda, based in Aveiro. VisionMaker develops customized artificial vision solutions for industry, according to customer requirements. The Training had a duration of one school year, half of it in parallel with classes and the remainder in full-time in the company, and aimed at developing projects in the field of artificial vision for the industrial sector, giving the opportunity to the student to undergo numerous industries and learn multiples applications of artificial vision. The student went allong with visits to clients, took part in the elaboration of technical studies, contacted suppliers and was integrated in artificial vision projects. This experience allowed the student a direct contact with the portuguese industrial reality.
