Logística interna: rotas sincronizadas e parametrização SAP

Abstract

A Logística Interna está encarregue do fluxo de informação e das movimentações físicas dos materiais no armazém, fábrica e entrepostos. Atualmente a melhoria dos processos logísticos internos é um fator chave para a entrega de produtos aos clientes a um preço competitivo. O foco na eliminação das tarefas sem valor acrescentado ao produto e na redução de custos operacionais torna-se constante. Neste contexto, a sincronização de rotas de abastecimento é de elevada importância para criação de standards e melhor utilização de recursos. Por outro lado, o recurso aos Sistemas de Informação é de extrema importância para as organizações, melhorando o fluxo de informação de toda a cadeia logística. Também apresentam uma grande relevância na Logística Interna, permitindo, por exemplo, um ajuste rápido da informação das tarefas dos Milk Runs – operadores logísticos responsáveis pelos abastecimentos de material. O projeto realizado tem o intuito de demonstrar a importância dos Sistemas de Informação, da Logística Interna e do cruzamento entre as duas áreas. Apresenta ainda o trabalho realizado sobre a criação de Cenários Logísticos com a utilização de rotas de abastecimento sincronizadas e a parametrização SAP de todo o processo logístico associado.

The Internal Logistics is responsible for the flow of information and the physical movements of materials in the warehouse, factory and between stations. Currently the improvement of internal logistics processes is a key factor for delivering products to customers at a competitive price. The focus on eliminating non-value added tasks and reducing operating costs becomes constant. In this context, the synchronization of supply routes is of high importance in the creation of standards and in improving the use of resources. Moreover, the use of information systems is of extreme importance to organizations, improving the flow of information in all the supply chain. They also have a great significance in Internal Logistics, allowing, for example, for quick adjustments of information of the Milk Runs tasks – logistics operators responsible for the supply of material. The purpose of this project is to demonstrate the importance of Information Systems, Internal Logistics and the intersection between both areas. It also presents a study about the development of Logistic Scenarios through the use of synchronized supply routes and SAP parameterization of the entire associated logistics process.
