Relatório de estágio: Hotel Folgosa do Douro

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal descrever o estágio curricular realizado no Hotel Folgosa do Douro, as funções de um estagiário rececionista, bem como transmitir da melhor forma possível o dia-a-dia de uma empresa de hotelaria. O estágio fazia parte do 2.º ano de Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais e é necessária uma avaliação positiva para a obtenção de grau de Mestre. Para que neste relatório toda esta informação esteja presente, serão usados alguns dados da empresa, estratégias de trabalho e, claro, a experiência de trabalho realizado como estagiário. Assim sendo, teremos uma introdução ao estágio, a caracterização da empresa e de seguida e descrição do processo de estágio, terminando com uma conclusão e ideias que poderiam ser implementadas futuramente pela empresa.

This work has as main objective, to describe a curricular internship performed in Hotel Folgosa do Douro, the functions of a trainee receptionist, as well as to transmit in the best possible way the daily work of a Hotel. The internship was part of the 2nd year of the Master Degree in Languages and Business Relations, and a positive evaluation is necessary for the obtaining of the Master Degree. To include all this information in the report, will be used some company data, working strategies and of course the experience of work done as a trainee. Thus, we will have an introduction of the internship, the characterization of the company, followed by the description of the internship process, ending with a conclusion and ideas that could be implemented in the future by the company.
