Efeito do ambiente SPA nas emoções e intenções

Abstract

Esta dissertação pretende contribuir para a clarificação da relação existente entre as várias variáveis presentes no estudo: características do ambiente, emoções, confiança, satisfação global da experiência e intenção de comportamento. Tem ainda como objectivo dar a conhecer qual a importância relativa dos diferentes componentes das características do ambiente na afectação positiva, na relaxação, na confiança, na satisfação global da experiência e ainda na intenção de comportamento. Para tal, esta dissertação divide-se em duas partes. A primeira apresenta uma revisão da literatura sobre as variáveis em análise e a segunda refere-se ao estudo empírico. Os resultados mostram que existem elementos no ambiente que de um modo directo exercem efeitos significativos no comportamento do consumidor aquando da sua experiência em SPA.

This dissertation contributes to the clarification of the relationship between various variables in the study: characteristics of the athmosferic, emotions, trust, behavior intentions and overall behavioral satisfaction. It also enlightens about the relative importance of the different characteristics of the athmosferic, mainly the positive effects of relaxation, trust, experience and overall satisfaction regarding the intention of further behavior. Therefore, this dissertation is divided into two parts. The first shows a literature review related to the variables under analysis and the second presents the empirical study itself. The results show that there are elements from the athmosferic that directly exert significant effects on consumer behavior when they experience a SPA.
