Análise e proposta de melhoria do fluxo de materiais: caso de estudo

Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe-se a analisar e melhorar o fluxo de materiais dentro da organização. O projecto é composto pela introdução à ferramenta SNP24 que compreende a normalização das quantidades fornecidas ao longo de toda a cadeia. Este inicia-se com análise da embalagem e sugestão de melhoria ao fornecedor, sucedendo-se a negociação e respectiva avaliação da implementação. Pretende-se assim, reduzir desperdícios bem como o tempo de repacking dentro da organização.

This study aims to examine and improve material flow within the organization. The project consists in the introduction of the SNP24 tool in order to standard the quantities supplied throughout the supply chain. This starts with analysis of the packaging and improvement suggestions to the supplier, succeeding the negotiation and implementation of their assessment. The aim is to reduce waste and the time of repacking within the organization.
