Abstract: | A evolução do mundo organizacional é cada vez mais notória e,
consequentemente, os consumidores exigem cada vez mais. Sendo assim, as
empresas têm vindo a dar mais importância aos seus colaboradores, dado que
são eles que são responsáveis por oferecer qualidade aos clientes.
Uma ferramenta que pode ser utilizada para as organizações terem uma maior
orientação para o mercado interno é o marketing interno. Este conceito
engloba as atividades da empresa que visam motivar e satisfazer os
funcionários para, assim, demonstrarem uma maior produtividade e,
consequentemente, concretizarem os objetivos organizacionais.
O principal objetivo deste estudo é perceber a influência do marketing interno
nas atitudes dos trabalhadores, no contexto da saúde em Portugal,
especificamente dos enfermeiros. Além disso, pretende-se averiguar as
relações entre as atitudes dos trabalhadores e perceber qual o nível das
diferentes variáveis no contexto hospitalar.
Para isso, foi criado um questionário, respondido por 103 enfermeiros que
exercem funções em contexto hospitalar, que incluíram questões relacionadas
com o marketing interno, a motivação dos trabalhadores, a satisfação no
trabalho e o compromisso organizacional.
Através da análise dos resultados obtidos, foi possível concluir que o
marketing interno influencia positivamente a motivação dos enfermeiros, a
satisfação no trabalho e o compromisso organizacional. Além disso, concluiu-
se que a motivação dos enfermeiros tem um impacto positivo na satisfação no
trabalho e no compromisso organizacional, e que a satisfação no trabalho
influencia de forma positiva o compromisso organizacional.
O nível de marketing interno no contexto hospitalar é baixo. Apesar da
motivação dos enfermeiros demonstrar ser alta, o seu nível de satisfação é
reduzido. The evolution of the organizational world is increasingly noticiable and, consequently, consumers required more and more. Therefore, companies have been giving more importance to their employees, as they are the ones responsible for offering quality to customers. A tool that can be used for organizations to have a a greater internal market orientation is the internal marketing. This concept includes the company’s activities that aim to motive and satisfay employees, thus demonstrating greater productivity and, consequently, achieving the organizational objectives. The main objective of this study is to understand the influence of internal marketing on workers’s attitudes in the healthcare context in Portugal, specifically nurses. Furthermore, it aims to investigate the relationships between worker’s attitudes, and understand the level of different variables in the hospital context. For this purpose, a questionnaire was administered, answered by 103 nurses working in hospital context, which included questions related to internal marketing, employee motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Though the analysis of the results obtained, it was possible conclude that internal marketing has a positive influence on nurses’ motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It was also founded that nurses’ motivation has a positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and that job satisfaction positively influences organizational commitment. The level of internal marketing in the hospital context is low. Although nurses’ motivation appears to be high, their level of satisfaction is low. |
