dc.description.abstractAo longo do estágio na Renault Cacia os trabalhos desenvolvidos tiveram como principais objetivos a caraterização energética da empresa, a identificação e desenvolvimento de soluções de melhoria da eficiência energética dos sistemas analisados e o estudo técnico-económico das soluções analisadas. Relativamente à caraterização energética da fábrica, os valores obtidos para os indicadores energéticos relativos ao ano 2022 permitem concluir que foram cumpridos os objetivos relativos à intensidade energética e à intensidade carbónica, sendo que os valores obtidos correspondem a 0.226 kgep/€ e a 0.980 tCO2eq/tep, respetivamente. No que diz respeito ao consumo específico o valor obtido para este relativo a 2022 ficou aquém daquilo que era previsto, sendo que o valor obtido foi de 8.14 kgep/Hmaq. Quanto à aplicação de isolamento térmico na rede de Venturi da central de filtração C12 durante a análise efetuada foi possível verificar que o valor total das perdas de calor corresponde a 54408.76 kW h/ano, o que representa 16% dos consumos anuais por parte deste sistema. Após a definição do orçamento disponível foi possível verificar que através da aplicação do isolamento adquirido com uma espessura de 25 mm será possível reduzir o valor das perdas de calor para 22851.68 kW h/ano com um payback associado de 2.1 anos.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThroughout the internship at Renault Cacia, the main objectives of the work developed were the energy characterization of the company, the identification and development of solutions to improve the energy efficiency of the analyzed systems and the technical-economic study of the analyzed solutions. Regarding the energy characterization of the plant, the values obtained for the energy indicators for the year 2022 allow us to conclude that the goals relating to energy intensity and carbon intensity were achieved, with the values obtained corresponding to 0.226 kgep/€ and 0.980 tCO2eq/tep, respectively. With regard to specific consumption, the value obtained for 2022 was not achieved as expected, the value obtained being 8.14 kgep/Hmaq. As to the application of thermal insulation in the Venturi pipe network of the C12 filtration plant, during the analysis carried out, it was possible to verify that the total value of heat losses corresponds to 54408.76 kW h/year, which represents 16% of the annual consumption of this system. After defining the available budget it was possible to verify that by applying the acquired insulation with a thickness of 25 mm it will be possible to reduce the value of heat losses to 22851.68 kW h/year with an associated payback of 2.1 years. Regarding the work carried out on the filtration system of the C12 power plant, it was possible to verify that the current system doesn’t have the capacity to maintain the filtered oil with a quantity of nonombustible particles lower than 10 mg/l. Therefore, the current configuration of the filtration system was modified by changing the safety filter and the filter element used in the pre-coating filter. The changes made allowed an increase in the filtration degree of the system, allowing a reduction in its energy consumption with the value of 112.14 M W h/year. The analysis of domestic hot water production systems corresponded to the work carried out whose results obtained for the installation of heat pumps for operation during the period in which the natural gas boilers are switched off make it possible to achieve a total reduction in energy consumption of approximately 216.64 M W h/year. In short, as a final result of the work carried out, it is possible to verify that the solutions found result in energy savings amounting to 360.34 M W h/year and these would allow the values of the energetic indicators obtained for 2022 to be reduced by approximately 0.55%.pt_PT
