A qualidade de vida no trabalho na Finlândia e em Portugal: breve comparação

Abstract

O presente relatório é o produto final de um estágio curricular, parte integrante não-letiva do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais, desenvolvido na Aleluia Cerâmicas e que tem como principal objetivo dar a conhecer as principais tarefas realizadas e uma breve perspetiva da qualidade de vida no trabalho na Finlândia, uma vez que foi um mercado constante no quotidiano deste estágio. É feita uma pequena revisão bibliográfica acerca da história da empresa e da sua posição no mercado de Pavimentos e Revestimentos Cerâmicos, seguida de uma revisão da literatura relativamente à Finlândia, aos seus principais fatores e à sua qualidade de vida no trabalho. Por fim, realizou-se uma pequena comparação entre a teoria e os dados encontrados acerca da Finlândia com os dados obtidos do constante contacto com o dito país no quotidiano do estágio.

This report is the final item of a curricular internship, a non-teaching part of the Master’s degree in Languages and Business Relations, conducted at Aleluia Cerâmicas and whose main objective is to outline the main tasks carried out there, as well as a brief perspective of the quality of work life in Finland, since it was a major market in one’s daily life during this internship. A short bibliographical review is provided regarding the company’s history and its position in the Ceramic Floors and Tiles market, followed by a review of the literature regarding Finland, its main factors, and its quality of working life. Lastly, a brief comparison is established between the theory and the data encountered regarding Finland. along with the data obtained from the daily contact with this country during this internship.
