Relatório de estágio na Lusoservica

Abstract

O presente relatório resulta do estágio curricular realizado na empresa Lusoservica Lda., no âmbito do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais, cuja finalidade é apresentar uma breve caracterização da Entidade de Acolhimento e divulgar as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do período de estágio. Num primeiro momento, apresenta-se uma breve descrição da empresa, da sua estrutura organizacional e dos seus processos de trabalho. Numa fase seguinte, descreve-se detalhadamente as tarefas desenvolvidas, as dificuldades sentidas na sua execução, como estas foram ultrapassadas e as competências adquiridas. Posteriormente dá-se destaque às tarefas realizadas, nomeadamente no Departamento Comercial, onde se analisa a evolução e internacionalização de uma empresa que pretende crescer de forma sustentável. Para finalizar, será analisada a experiência vivenciada no estágio e refletidas perspetivas futuras.

This report is the result of the curricular internship carried out in the company Lusoservica Lda., as part of the Master's Degree in Languages and Business Relations, whose purpose is to present a brief characterization of the host entity and disclose the activities developed throughout the internship period. At first, a brief description of the company, its organisational structure and work processes is presented. In a following stage, the developed tasks are described in detail, the difficulties experienced in their execution, how they were overcome and the acquired competences. Afterwards, I will focus on the tasks carried out, particularly in the Commercial Department, which analyses the evolution and internationalisation of a company that wants to develop in a sustainable way. Finally, the internship experience will be analysed and future perspectives will be reflected.
