Relatório de estágio curricular em gestão de projeto na Blueclinical, Ltd

Abstract

O presente relatório tem por objeto o estágio curricular, parte integrante do plano de estudos do Mestrado em Gestão da Investigação Clínica. O relatório reflete sobre a experiência formativa adquirida na instituição de acolhimento, BlueClinical– Investigação e Desenvolvimento em Saúde, Lda., na equipa de Gestão de Projeto. O presente relatório é composto por seis capítulos principais. O Estado da Arte compreende duas subseções. A primeira aborda o conceito de gestão de projetos, enquanto a segunda analisa a aplicação de ferramentas informáticas para a gestão de projetos, destacando as vantagens e desvantagens das soluções disponíveis. A Instituição de Acolhimento, é caracterizada na seção 3, onde são discutidas as unidades de negócio, áreas de atuação, missão, valores, política de qualidade, desafios e visão estratégica. Aborda-se também a estrutura hierárquica da entidade e a equipa de Gestão de Projetos. A secção dedicada ao Estágio Curricular descreve os objetivos propostos pela Universidade e pela Instituição de Acolhimento. Na secção seguinte, apresenta-se o plano de atividades, incluindo a descrição das tarefas desenvolvidas na equipa de Gestão de Projeto, bem como a formação adquirida durante o período de estágio e as oportunidades de aprendizagem. Os desvios ao plano serão analisados num breve capítulo subsequente. Uma seção final, dedicada à discussão, visa uma análise crítica das informações apresentadas anteriormente. Promove-se uma reflexão sobre a integração na Entidade de Acolhimento e na equipa de Gestão de Projeto, discutindo os resultados formativos atingidos e outras observações feitas ao longo do relatório. Conclui-se o capítulo com uma análise SWOT específica sobre o estágio, destacando pontos fortes, fraquezas, oportunidades e ameaças identificadas ao longo da experiência.

This report is about the curricular internship, an integral part of the Master's programme in Clinical Research Management. The report reflects on the training experience acquired at the host institution, BlueClinical - Investigação e Desenvolvimento em Saúde, Lda. in the Project Management team. This report consists of six main sections. The State of the Art comprises two subsections. The first deals with the concept of project management, while the second analyses the application of IT platforms for project management, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of the available solutions. The host institution is characterised in section 3, which discusses its business units, activity areas, mission, values, quality policy, challenges and strategic vision. The organisation's hierarchical structure is also discussed, as is the Project Management team. The section dedicated to the internship describes the objectives proposed by the University and the Host Institution. The next section presents the activity plan, including a description of the tasks carried out in the Project Management team, as well as the training acquired during the internship period and the learning opportunities. Deviations from the plan will be analysed in a brief subsequent chapter. A final section, dedicated to discussion, aims to critically analyse the information presented above. A reflection on the integration into the Host Organisation and the Project Management team is promoted, discussing the training results achieved and other observations made throughout the report. The chapter concludes with a specific SWOT analysis of the internship, highlighting the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats identified throughout the experience.
