Abstract: | O presente projeto, elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado Integrado em Engenharia
Mendes Dias.
relevantes existentes no mercado.
respetivas tolerâncias e a renderização do protótipo final.
This project, developed within the scope of the Integrated Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, continues the work carried out in the dissertation entitled "Development of a monitoring and control system for a football ball launching machine" conducted by Diogo Filipe de Almeida Nunes in 2020 and in the automation project "Monitoring and control of a football ball launching machine" by Luís Paulo Mendes Dias. In the project presented in this document, it was possible to understand the new technologies in football and the current relevant ball launchers available in the market. The importance of this project focuses on the completion of the α prototype of a football ball launcher with 3 degrees of freedom, capable of remote operation and scheduling launches. To achieve this, we began by identifying the main flaws in the first prototype through the use of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and, based on this analysis, improving the previously designed mechanical project. Solutions were proposed for the various problems encountered. Using SolidWorks software, the three-dimensional design of the various components of the ball launcher, technical drawings with the respective tolerances, and the rendering of the final prototype were developed. Additionally, some machine systems were resized to adapt to their new features. Furthermore, the previously designed components were selected, sized, and manufactured, resulting in the final assembly of the machine. Finally, some tests were conducted on the machine to ensure that it is functional. |
