Integração da Royal School of Languages Aveiro no panorama turístico

Abstract

O presente relatório visa dar a conhecer o resultado do estágio curricular que teve lugar na Royal School of Languages de Aveiro, entre Fevereiro e Junho, período no qual tive a oportunidade de viver uma experiência profissional única. Este projecto encontra-se dividido em 3 partes fundamentais: apresentação da empresa, integração da RSL no panorama turístico Aveirense, e por último, projectos e trabalhos desenvolvidos ao longo do período de estágio. No que se refere à primeira parte, o leitor pode encontrar inicialmente a apresentação da empresa bem como a sua história. Seguidamente dá-se a conhecer a Visão e Missão do Grupo RSL, passando por uma análise interna e externa da instituição. Na Integração da Royal School of Languages no panorama turístico aveirense, será apresentado o projecto desenvolvido para o relatório de estágio; partindo de um método de análise das necessidades na área do turismo aveirense será criado um plano de resposta as mesmas. Finalmente, na última parte, não menos importante, serão apresentados todos os projectos e actividades desenvolvidas na RSL durante o período de estágio. O presente relatório contará ainda com alguns anexos, onde se poderá encontrar informação adicional, bem como os projectos e respectivas tarefas.

This report includes the final result of the Curricular Internship carried out ate the Royal School of Languages between February and June 2010,where I was given the opportunity to undertake a unique professional experience. This project is divided in three main parts: the Company Presentation, Role of Royal School of Languages in the improvement of Services(Foreign languages skills) in the Aveiro Tourism Industry and finally, projects and works that were developed during the internship period. Regarding the first part of this report the reader will find a presentation of where company where its history, its vision and its mission are carefully described. This section also includes my internal and external analysis of the institution. As far as the role of Royal School of Languages in the Aveiro tourism scenario is concerned, a project developed for this internship’s report, using a meticulously outlined data collecting method to analyze and grasp the possibly underdeveloped areas of services in tourism is presented as well as is a proposal for a response plan to those situation. Finally, all the projects and activities carried out during the internship will be presented. The present report also contains appendices where the reader will find projects developed, tasks carried out and additional information.
