Compreender os desafios na procura de oportunidades profissionais: estudo exploratório sobre experiências de recrutamento

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio destina-se à conclusão do Mestrado em Administração e Gestão Pública, em que o estágio foi desenvolvido na Camara Municipal de Amarante. Este trabalho pretende analisar as dificuldades e os desafios enfrentados na busca por oportunidades profissionais dada a importância que é procurar e encontrar emprego nos dias atuais. Com a realização deste estágio foi permitido que se conseguisse fazer uma investigação sobre os desafios que podem ser encontrados num processo de recrutamento e seleção através de um questionário, visto que o serviço em que estive inserida durante o estágio, que se denomina “Amarante das Profissões” faz o papel de recrutamento entre candidatos e empresas/organizações. Por fim, tentou-se identificar alguns desses desafios e dificuldades, de modo a encontrar soluções para melhorar o processo de recrutamento e tentar melhorar o serviço da realização do estágio.

This internship report is intended for the completion of the Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management, in which the internship was developed at the Amarante’s City Hall. This study aims to analyze the difficulties and challenges faced in the search for professional opportunities given the importance of looking for and finding employment nowadays. With the completion of this internship was allowed to do na investigation on the challenges that can be found in a recruitment and selection process through a questionnaire, since the servisse in wich I was inserted during the internship, which is called “Amrante das Profissões” plays the role of recruitment between candidates and organizations. Finally, I tried to identify some of those challenges and difficulties, in order to find solutions to improve the recruitment process and try to improve the service of the Internship.
