Tecnologias como recurso no ensino e na aprendizagem da história de Portugal no 2º ciclo do ensino básico

Abstract

O presente estudo apresenta um projeto de investigação e de intervenção educativa focalizado no ano letivo de 2022/2023, focalizado no 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, mais precisamente no 6.º ano, tendo como público-alvo vinte e um alunos. O tema da investigação centra-se, essencialmente, na área da Tecnologia aliada à Educação. Assim sendo, o projeto intitula-se “Tecnologias como recurso no ensino e na aprendizagem da História de Portugal. Atualmente, as tecnologias estão amplamente difundidas na vivência diária da sociedade. Consequentemente, imperioso sincronizar o processo educativo com a nova realidade global, mediante a utilização dos recursos digitais disponíveis, com o propósito de estreitar a relação entre o ambiente escolar e o mundo crescentemente digitalizado. Neste sentido, o cerne essencial deste projeto de investigação-ação foi o desenvolvimento de atividades que envolvessem as tecnologias como recurso no ensino e na aprendizagem da História de Portugal. Assim, possibilitou-se aos discentes a utilização de outros recursos tecnológicos de ensino no desenvolvimento de novas aprendizagens, procurando fazê-los vivenciar momentos de partilha, de participação e de motivação para os conteúdos a aprender. Para apurar o desenvolvimento das atividades pedagógicas-didáticas no decorrer do Projeto, foram usados para a recolha de dados para a recolha de dados diversos questionários: inicial, de sessões e final. Destarte, infere-se que os objetivos iniciais do Projeto foram atingidos, visto que os discentes se mostram mais motivados e participativos nas aulas de História e Geografia de Portugal, assim como se percebeu que as tecnologias são um recurso essencial à compreensão de factos históricos.

The following study features an investigation and educational intervention project developed in the academic year 2022/2023, focused on the 2nd Basic Education year, precisely on the 6th year, involving twenty-one students as a target audience, The research project focuses essentially onTechnology helping to Education. Therefore, the project is called “Technologies as a resource teaching and learning the Portuguese History. Currently, technologies are widely disseminated in society daily life. Consequently, there is a focus to synchronize the educational process with the new global reality, through the use of available digital resources, with the purpose to bring closer the relationship between school environment and digital world. In this sense, the essential core of this action-research was, fundamentally, the development of activities involving technologies as a resource in teaching and learning Portuguese History, based on the discipline of History and Geography of Portugal. Therefore, students were enabled to use other technological teaching resources in the development of new learning, seeking to encourage students to share, participate and motivate themselves with the contents to be learned. In order to verify the development of pedagogical-didactic activities made during the course of the Project, questionnaire surveys were adopted for data collection: initial, during and final. In short, it appears that the initial objectives of the Project were achieved, as students became more participatory and motivated in Portuguese History and Geography classes, as well as it was valued and understood that technologies can build a pertinent resource in the teaching and learning of the History of Portugal.
