| Abstract: | Pretende-se, no presente artigo, averiguar a incidência do subgénero do romance-diário na obra ficcional de Joaquim Paço d’Arcos, designadamente no seu romance Diário dum Emigrante, salientando os traços de originalidade, no tocante às estratégias técnico-compositivas nele mobilizadas pelo autor. In this article we discuss the thematic and structural relevance of the diary novel in the fictional work by Joaquim Paço d’Arcos, focusing specifically on his novel diário dum Emigrante, in order to highlight the original strategies of narrative composition the author has resorted to. |
