A avaliação da satisfação do passageiro da TACV-Cabo Verde Airlines

Abstract

O artigo tem dois objectivos distintos. Em primeiro lugar, procura medir a percepção da satisfação do passageiro da TACV relativamente ao serviço prestado por esta companhia aérea. Em segundo lugar, pretende identificar, a partir de uma análise factorial, as dimensões mais relevantes que integram a variável satisfação do passageiro da TACV. Aquando do estudo pretendeu-se avaliar a prestação de serviço do passageiro da TACV em dois momentos diferentes: nos serviços previamente utilizados e na última utilização do serviço. As conclusões são claras: por um lado, houve uma melhoria de desempenho em 18 dos 19 itens avaliados na satisfação do passageiro da TACV relativamente à última utilização e, por outro, foram identificadas três dimensões, as características do pessoal, a fiabilidade e a empatia, sendo a primeira a mais importante das três.

This article has two main objectives: firstly, the measurement of the perception of the passenger’s satisfaction provided by TACV-Cabo Verde Airlines and, secondly, the identification of the most important dimensions of the TACV passenger’s satisfaction. For this purpose a factor analysis was carried out.During the study it was intended to assess the service provided by TACV in two different moments: the servicespreviously provided by the firm and thelast service provided.The conclusions were clear: on one hand, there was an improvement in 18 of the 19 items used to assess the customer’s satisfaction in thelast service provided by TACVvis-à-vis the servicespreviously provided and, on the other hand, the personnel characteristics, reliability and empathy were identified as the main three dimensions in the assessment of the last service provided by TACV.
