Estratégias de internacionalização de uma empresa do sector agroalimentar português: a Fabridoce

Abstract

Este artigo pretende apresentar o Estágio Curricular na Oficina do Doce (Fabridoce) no âmbito do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais. O artigo apresenta a indústria agroalimentar em Portugal e na Europa. De seguida procede-se à caraterização e descrição da entidade de acolhimento e posteriormente são descritas as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do Estágio. A parte final do artigo contém uma reflexão global acerca do trabalho desenvolvido durante os cinco meses de tirocínio, nomeadamente a importância das línguas estrangeiras para a internacionalização de produtos e marcas portuguesas.

This article aims to present the curriculum internship in the Oficina do Doce (Fabridoce) as part of the Master’s degree in Languages and Business Relations.The article presents the Food Industry in Portugal and in Europe. Then it characterises and describes the company where the internship took place and afterwards the tasks performed throughout the internship. The last part of the article contains an overall consideration of the work carried out during the five months of practice, namely the importance of foreign languages for the internationalisation of Portuguese products and brands.
