Relatório de estágio curricular na PECOL Automotive: análise de clientes e o impacto de veículos elétricos no setor automóvel

Abstract

O presente relatório resulta do estágio curricular realizado na empresa PECOL Automotive, no âmbito do Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais cuja finalidade é apresentar uma breve caracterização da Entidade de Acolhimento e divulgar as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do período de estágio. Num primeiro momento, apresenta-se uma breve descrição da empresa, das suas características, identifica-se o grupo ao qual pertence, analisa-se as suas normas e a sua vertente sustentável. Numa fase seguinte, descreve-se detalhadamente as tarefas desenvolvidas, as dificuldades sentidas na sua execução, como estas foram ultrapassadas, as competências adquiridas e descreve-se os processos técnicos. Posteriormente dá-se destaque à análise de clientes e ao impacto dos veículos elétricos no setor automóvel. Para finalizar, analisa-se a experiência vivenciada no estágio e refletem-se perspetivas futuras.

The aim of this report is to present the development and outcomes of an internship carried out at the company PECOL Automotive and which was part of the Master's Degree in Languages and Business Relations. The report starts with a brief presentation of the company and covers the initial internship plan. After a more detailed description of the company, including the group to which it belongs, its standards and its sustainable performance, as well as the technical processes involved, are also analyzed. The following section describes the tasks I carried out in further detail, as well as some of the challenges I experienced, how they were overcome, the skills I developed and acquired throughout the process, and it also describes technical procedures. Special focus is then given to the analysis of customers and the impact of electric vehicles on the automotive sector. Finally, I reflect upon the experience of the internship and future perspectives of the automotive industry are presente.
