Abstract: | O presente Relatório de Estágio retrata a dinâmica e atividades executadas na
Zoomguide ao longo de cinco meses de estágio, realizado no âmbito da
Unidade Curricular Dissertação/Projeto/Estágio inserida no Mestrado em
Línguas e Relações Empresariais da Universidade de Aveiro. Conta também
com uma revisão da literatura, que aborda a o processo de implementação da
ferramenta de gestão CRM nas organizações, o seu sucesso, bem como as
suas limitações.
Desta forma, este relatório divide-se em quatro capítulos: a caracterização da
empresa, as atividades realizadas no decorrer do estágio, revisão da literatura
e a utilização do software Zoho CRM na Zoomguide. The following Internship Report outlines the tasks and activities carried out at Zoomguide over five months of internship, carried out within the scope of the Curricular Unit Dissertation/Project/Internship included in the Master’s Degree in Languages and Business Relations at the University of Aveiro. It also includes a literature review, which addresses the implementation of the CRM tool in organizations, its success, as well as its limitations. Thus, this report is divided into four chapters: the company’s characterization, the activities performed during the internship, the literature review, and the use of the Zoho CRM software at Zoomguide. |
