obrigados a aplicar o Regulamento n.º 1606/2002/CE do Parlamento
Nesta
From day 1 of January of 2005, the quoted companies of the diverse countries of the European Union were forced to apply the Regulation (CE) n.º 1606/2002 of the European Parliament and the Advice, of 19 of July of 2002. This main goal of this dissertation is to analyze the impacts suffered in the Financial Statements of the Portuguese companies quoted in the Euronext Lisbon on the 1st of January of 2005. With the adoption of the International Accounting Standards, differences in the accounting treatment and classification of some headings in the Financial Statements of these companies exist. In this dissertation it is intended to analyze some of the differences originated with the change of normative, namely, in the tangible and intangible assets, goodwill, differed taxes, inventories, locations, foreign currency, events after the reporting period and pensions. This study concluded that there are significant differences in the Financial Statements of companies, but companies do not exhibit the same behavior regarding the impacts caused by the adoption of IAS / IFRS. |
