Novas configurações nas relações de género e sexualidade na escola: uma investigação-ação com docentes e estudantes do ensino secundário

Abstract

A humanidade tem atravessado importantes transformações ressaltando-se avanços na ressignificação das questões de género e sexualidade a par da rutura de práticas machistas, binárias e heteronormativas. Tais mudanças têm ocorrido, ativamente, em diferentes contextos sociais incluindo a escola, onde importa entender as dinâmicas de adaptação às alterações nas relações de género e sexualidade através de pensamentos e posicionamentos quer de estudantes quer de docentes, muitas vezes, reprodutores de discursos misóginos e LGBTfóbicos. O estudo que se apresenta tem por objetivos: i) identificar práticas escolares no âmbito da educação em sexualidade; ii) diagnosticar conceções de docentes e estudantes sobre as relações de género e sexualidade; iii) desenvolver um projeto de intervenção sobre questões de género e sexualidade no ensino secundário; iv) avaliar os efeitos do projeto nas conceções de docentes sobre a organização de novas configurações das questões de género e sexualidade; v) avaliar o projeto através da voz dos e das participantes, estendendo-o à comunidade. Tratando-se de uma investigação-ação de cariz transversal, descritivo, interpretativo e de recolha e análise de natureza mista de dados, propõe-se, logo no início, auscultar os e as participantes, através de questionários e entrevistas centrados em questões de género e sexualidade, construindo, em seguida, um plano de intervenção através de atividades extramuros que contem com a participação ativa da escola. Por ser ainda um projeto a desenvolver, espera-se que seja possível contribuir para mudanças significativas na promoção e difusão do conhecimento nas escolas, com reflexo na comunidade, quanto à necessidade de repensar comportamentos direcionados para mulheres e população LGBTQIAP+.

Humanity has undergone important transformations, with advances in the re-signification of gender and sexuality issues and the disruption of sexist, binary and heteronormative practices. Such changes have been taking place actively in different social contexts, including school and where it is important to understand the dynamics of adaptation to changes in gender and sexuality relationships through the thoughts and positions of students and educators, often reproducing misogynistic discourses and LGBTphobic. Thus, the objectives are: i) to identify school practices within the scope of sexuality education; ii) identify teachers' and students' conceptions about gender and sexuality relations; iii) to develop in highschool an intervention project on gender and sexuality issues; iv) evaluate the effects of the project on teachers' conceptions on the organization of new configurations of gender and sexuality issues and; v) evaluate the project through the voice of the participants (teachers and students) and that it extends to the community. In the case of a cross-sectional, descriptive, interpretative investigation and mixed nature data collection and analysis, listening to the participants, it is proposed to apply questionnaires and interviews focused on gender and sexuality issues and also a intervention plan through extramural activities that count on the active participation of the school. As a developing project, it is intended to be possible to contribute in significant changes in promotion and diffusion of knowledge in schools, with reflection in community, regarding the need to rethink behaviors aimed at women and the LGBTQIAP+ population.
