Impacto da iniciativa "Uma Faixa, uma Rota" e da aprendizagem da língua portuguesa na empregabilidade de estudantes chineses

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as políticas relacionadas com o desenvolvimento conjunto e a cooperação com os países de língua portuguesa, através da política “Uma Faixa, Uma Rota”, bem como as oportunidades e os desafios resultantes da aprendizagem da língua portuguesa por parte de estudantes chineses que concluíram a licenciatura de língua portuguesa na Universidade Normal de Harbin na China e que, por isso, já estão no mercado de trabalho ou à procura do seu primeiro emprego. Pretende-se também aferir sobre o grau de conhecimento que os estudantes têm sobre estas iniciativas e da influência que estas tiveram no momento da escolha formativa e da importãncia que têm/podem ter na integração no mercado de trabalho, particularmente em países de expressão lusófona. É também objetivo deste estudo compreender as perspetivas de futuro destes estudantes relativas à sua carreira profisional e as habilidades que, na sua opinião, são as mais valorizadas pelo mercado de trabalho. O número de empregos lusófonos continua a aumentar, mas ainda existem alguns licenciados que não conseguem encontrar empregos satisfatórios, o que justifica a pertinência deste estudo, prevendo-se que os resultados desta investigação contribuam para o planeamento de carreira de estudantes chineses de língua estrangeira. Além disso, este estudo permitirá também compreender melhor as políticas educacionais chinesas no âmbito da promoção da aprendizagem da língua portuguesa dentro e fora da China. A obtenção dos dados foi feita a partir da aplicação de um inquérito por questionário realizado online e enviado por email e partilhado na WeChat.

This work aims to analyse the policies related to joint development and cooperation with Portuguese-speaking countries, through the “One Belt, One Road” policy, as well as the opportunities and challenges resulting from the learning of the Portuguese language by students Chinese who completed a degree in Portuguese at the Normal Harbin University in China and are therefore already in the labor market or looking for their first job. In addition, this study will also allow a better understanding of Chinese educational policies within the scope of promoting Portuguese language learning inside and outside China. Data collection will be done through the application of a questionnaire survey carried out online and sent by email and shared on WeChat, the social digital platform (social network) of Harbin Normal University.
