A legendagem em perspetiva: relatório de estágio no Cine-Clube de Avanca

Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe uma revisão da literatura que se materializa numa visão geral sobre a Tradução Audiovisual e a evolução desta disciplina enquanto parte integrante dos Estudos de Tradução e as suas diferentes modalidades, com especial incidência na legendagem estandardizada. Este relatório oferece uma análise dos diferentes trabalhos de tradução e legendagem, bem como a tradução de um guião, realizados, em contexto de estágio, no Cine-Clube de Avanca, e mais particularmente para o Festival de Cinema de Avanca.

The present report proposes a literature review of an overview of Audiovisual Translation and the evolution of this discipline as an integral part of Translation Studies and its different modalities, with special focus on standard subtitling. This report also offers an analysis of the different works of translation and subtitling, as well as the translation of a screenplay, carried out, in an internship context, at Cine-Clube de Avanca, and more particularly for Avanca Film Festival.
