sociedade, o autor. As pequenas editoras, que se caraterizam
neste meio por serem resistências editoriais, seguem o
modelo de edição independente, distinto das grandes
editoras.
The publishing industry is a system which is constantly evolving due to several factors, such as the role of the publisher, the reader, society, and the author. Small publishing houses which are often characterized in this environment as being editorial resistances, follow the independent publishing model, distinct from large publishing houses. This work aims at understanding the permanence of this editorial line still in the 21st century through the legacy of the editorial past, in particular the Beat Generation, and the ongoing maintenance and adaptation of a number of editorial factors from that same exact past. |
