Um estudo sobre os verbos auxiliares em português europeu

Abstract

A presente dissertação propõe-se apresentar um estudo crítico do sistema dos verbos auxiliares (semiauxiliares) em Português Europeu. Neste trabalho, analisam-se os problemas de classificação de verbo auxiliar, com base numa apresentação teórica das propriedades sintáticas e semânticas dos verbos auxiliares e uma descrição fundamentada do funcionamento desta subclasse de verbos. Empreende-se, assim, uma abordagem das principais dificuldades de identificação, classificação e funcionamento dos verbos (semi)auxiliares no estudo da língua portuguesa (PE), tendo em conta, principalmente, os estudantes de Português Língua Estrangeira/Língua Segunda, nomeadamente aos alunos chineses.

This dissertation aims to present a critical study of the system of auxiliary verbs (semiauxiliary) in European Portuguese. In this work, the problems of auxiliary verb classification are analyzed, based on a theoretical presentation of syntactic and semantic properties of auxiliary verbs and a reasoned description of the functioning of this subclass of verbs. The main difficulties in the identification, classification and operation of (semi)auxiliary verbs in the study of the Portuguese language (PE) are addressed, taking into account, mainly, students of Portuguese as a Foreign Language / Second Language, namely Chinese students.
