A comunicação digital na empresa LUDEFER: relatório de estágio

Abstract

O presente Relatório de Estágio pretende espelhar o leque de atividades, de índole diversa, desenvolvidas ao longo de seis meses na empresa Ludefer. O relatório é encetado com a apresentação da entidade de acolhimento, incluindo informações relevantes sobre a empresa na qual o estágio foi realizado. Nos capítulos subsequentes procederei ao travejamento teórico das atividades que desenvolvi durante os seis meses de tirocínio e à descrição do projeto que desenvolvi no âmbito do presente Estágio. O projeto desenvolvido enquadra-se na área da comunicação, em particular da comunicação digital, e engloba diversos planos táticos que formam um Plano de Comunicação externa adequado à empresa Ludefer. Nas considerações finais, apresentarei uma apreciação global do estágio que realizei e das competências e conhecimentos aprofundados.

This report intends to reflect the range of activities developed over a six-month internship at Ludefer. This report starts with the presentation of the host organization, including relevant information about the company in which the internship was carried out. In the subsequent chapters, I will proceed with the theoretical framing of the activities that I have developed during the internship and the description of the project that I have developed within the scope of the internship. The project that is going to be presented is in the area of communication, most specifically in the area of digital communication, and it fits several tactical plans that are going to be presented in the external Communication Plan for the company Ludefer. In the final remarks, I will present an overall assessment of the internship and of the knowledge and skills that I have developed.
