vídeo, procurando perceber quais as estratégias narrativas
Video has become a key instrument in the promotion of the various sectors, whether on a personal or business level, and its role has been reinforced by the easy diffusion of new media. In this sense, it is important to study in order to support the planning of audiovisual narrative strategies capable of supporting it and of carrying out its function. In this context, educational institutions, which are faced with the need to diversify educational offerings, meeting the expectations of students, are looking for opportunities to communicate their offer more efficiently. This dissertation aims to explore institutional communication through video, identifying the most common characteristics in this type of audiovisual content, to apply them in the construction of a video for the promotion of the Degree in Geosciences, while trying to identify other languages, resulting from the new media, and test them in another video, trying to understand which audiovisual narrative strategies are most appropriate for the public. The document describes the production process and the final evaluation of the two videos. The result of this research led to the conclusion that, although the video that adopted differentiated audiovisual narrative strategies is captivating, students are still considerably linked to the strategies most commonly used in institutional videos. |
