Transição de SGQ da Valinox - Indústrias Metalomecânicas S. A. da ISO 9001:2008 para a ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

Com a publicação da norma ISO 9001:2015, as organizações veem-se obrigadas, para conseguirem manter a sua certificação segundo a ISO 9001, a fazer a transição do seu Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ) para a nova versão do referencial normativo. Este projeto surge da necessidade da empresa Valinox – Indústrias Metalomecânicas S.A. continuar o seu trajeto pela garantia da qualidade e da competitividade dos seus produtos. No sentido de continuar esse trabalho, é necessário realizar a transição do seu SGQ para o novo referencial normativo. Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo o acompanhamento da organização nesse processo. Sendo que inicialmente foi necessário a realização do levantamento da norma ISO 9001:2015 e dos seus requisitos, assim como das alterações sofridas comparativamente com o antigo referencial. Ao longo deste projeto identificam-se as alterações necessárias e as executadas pela organização para alcançar a compatibilização do seu SGQ para com o novo referencial. Este projeto conclui-se com sucesso, pela obtenção da certificação pela ISO 9001:2015 da organização.

With the publication of ISO 9001:2015 standard, organizations are obligated, in order to maintain their ISO 9001 certification, to make the transition of their Quality Management System (QMS) to the new version of the normative framework. This project arises from the need of the company Valinox - Indústrias Metalomecânicas S.A. to continue its journey to guarantee the quality and competitiveness of its products. In order to continue this work, it is necessary to make the transition of their QMS to the new normative reference. This project has as the main objective the monitoring of the organization in this process. Being that it was initially necessary to carry out the survey of ISO 9001: 2015 and its requirements, as well as the changes suffered compared to the old referential. Throughout this Project are identified the necessary changes and those implemented by the organization to achieve the compatibility of its QMS with the new referential. This project is successfully concluded by obtaining ISO 9001: 2015 certification from the organization.
