The current master thesis is meant as a reflection on the need for healthy eating practices in children between six and nine years of age. The intention behind the work is to divulge and induce, in a school context and through digital platforms, a healthy diet in children, and to understand the advantages (or disadvantages) it can bring to their well-being. The medium for the project is a digital educational game — Vita Kids. The goal of the game is for children to learn in a fun manner while being rewarded for doing so. The focus is on the children themselves, even though parents and teachers can follow their kid’s performance through the application. |
