intentions, brand equity, perceived value, relationship equity e switching costs,
One of the great roles of marketing is to know and understand the customer so that organizations can adapt and offer products / services that are tuned to the needs of customers. Through the constructs of loyalty intentions, brand equity, perceived value, relationship equity, and switching costs, this study developed a conceptual model and tested it empirically in order to analyze how the antecedents constructs influence loyalty intentions in the telecommunications services industry through the provision of multiple-play service packages. According to the model used, perceived value is the only construct that does not directly influence loyalty intentions. It was also proved that there are statistically significant differences among stayers, switchers, and heavy switchers. The results are based on a positivist quantitative study with a sample of 418 individuals. |
