Projeto Lean no abastecimento a linhas de montagem

Abstract

O presente trabalho descreve o processo de otimização do abastecimento de produtos de origem externa às linhas de montagem de componentes mecânicos da Renault CACIA. A necessidade de melhorar os processos em vigor inicialmente juntou-se com a vontade de atingir resultados nunca antes atingidos neste setor de fabricação e surgiu este projeto que pretende melhorar o planeamento de abastecimento deste tipo de produtos, reduzir a possibilidade de falta de peças nas linhas de montagem e criar melhores condições ergonómicas para o operador logístico. Pretende-se redefinir todo o processo de abastecimento. É imperativo analisar o estado atual e procurar oportunidades de melhoria. Devem-se alterar os bordos de linha do setor de fabricação, proceder a mudanças no armazém dos componentes, criar uma base de dados com todos os produtos a abastecer e definir um novo plano de abastecimento para as linhas de montagem, para permitir ao operador logístico ter todas as condições para cumprir a entrega das peças de forma atempada e com qualidade. A organização ganhou em termos de percentagem de ocupação do operador afeto ao posto, em termos das condições ergonómicas e, acima de tudo, otimizaram-se os processos associados aos abastecimentos das linhas de montagem do setor, colaborando para que os níveis produtivos da organização tenham também aumentado significativamente.

The present work describes the optimization process of the products of external origin supply to the assembly lines of mechanical components of Renault CACIA. The need to improve the processes was coupled with the desire to obtain results never achieved in this manufacturing sector and this project came up to improve the planning of supply existing, to reduce the possibility lack of components and to create better ergonomic conditions to the logistic operator. It is intended to redefine the entire supply process. It is imperative to analyze the current situation and look for opportunities for improvement. It is necessary to change the storage locations on the assembly lines on the manufacturing sector, to make changes in the logistics warehouse, to create a database with all the products to be supplied and to define a new supply plan for the assembly lines, allowing the logistics operator to have all the conditions to deliver the components in a timely and quality way. The organization obtained results in terms of the occupation of the operators, in terms of the ergonomic conditions and there was an optimization of the processes of supply of the assembly lines, collaborating for the significant increase of production levels in the organization.
