Tradução e estudo comparativo de terminologia/fraseologia contratual

Abstract

O presente projeto tem como objetivo apresentar uma comparação quer a nível fraseológico quer terminológico de contratos de arrendamento entre as línguas portuguesa e inglesa. Este projeto é composto por dois documentos originais, dois contratos de arrendamento, que foram traduzidos, um de inglês para português e o outro de português para inglês, seguidos do respetivo estudo comparativo e de um glossário composto por termos ligados aos contratos.

This project aims at establishing a comparison at both the phraseological and terminological level of tenancy agreements in the Portuguese and English languages. It is composed of two original documents, two tenancy agreements, which were translated, one from English into Portuguese and the other from Portuguese into English, followed by a comparative study between both and a glossary consisting of terms related to these contracts.
